We have a very simple and hassle-free return policy. You may return unworn & unused merchandise with all tags attached in the original box packing as it was delivered to you. 

The following general returns policy is applicable return window of 7 days if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:

. Was delivered in a physically damaged condition.

. Has missing parts or accessories.

. Is different from what was ordered.

. Is no longer needed (not all items may be eligible)

 

For returns or replacement we request you to get in touch with our customer care team through Email at info@unmade.in or 01244008818 within 7 days of delivery of your order.

 

. Products marked as “Non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.

. Panties, and other Lingerie products cannot be returned or exchanged due to the Hygiene Issues and intimate nature of the garment.

. Products that are sold as packs cannot be returned as individual items.

. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, original accessories and in the original box/packaging as delivered to you. Our return center address is 212, Phase IV, Udyog Vihar, Gurugram, 122015.

. We reserve the right to refuse the return of products if in case an item/s is used, damaged, soiled or altered. The same will be sent back to the customer.

. Items bought under discount during sales or special promotions, or using credit coupons or promo-codes cannot be returned.

. As the Products are of intimate nature, return/reverse pickups are only possible through “Self-Ship Mode”. We will not arrange for any reverse pickup.

Note:

. For damaged / defective products, we will issue a refund only if the product cannot be repaired or replaced.

. The value of the credit coupon / refund to your account will be equal to your account will be equal to the final amount paid by you (after discounts) at the time of purchase.

. In applicable, the courier return charges will be added to the amount.

. If you return an item because “you no longer need it”, we will not be required to refund the shipping charges.

 

We request you to write to us on our email address info@unmade.in in detail with supporting images of the product defect, your order details and contact information within 24 hours of delivery from Monday–Saturday, 10 AM–6 PM (IST). We will respond to you within 48 hours with a solution.

. In order to deliver your order accurately, in good condition and always on time we partner only with reputed national courier companies to ship your orders.


. At UNMADE we know how important it is for you to maintain your privacy. We will ship out orders in a protected and concealed packaging, and the invoice will not list the contents of the box. 


. Giving you freedom to have your order delivered anywhere without disclosing the contents of the package. 


. We generally dispatch your order within 24-48 hrs, you may expect the order to be delivered to you within 3-5 days in major cities and 7-9 days in other locations depending upon your pin code.


. Once dispatched you will be able to track your order online.


. Shipping on all orders above INR 999 is absolutely free, for all orders below INR 999 a nominal  INR 75 will be charged for delivery. 


. We will charge a nominal INR 35 on all cash on delivery orders. This charge shall not be levied if you opt for any prepaid mode such as Debit / Credit card, Net Banking or Credits.


. While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may always not be possible due to product availability. We will inform you in such cases via mail.
