Panties and other Lingerie products cannot be returned or exchanged due to the Hygiene Issues and intimate nature of the garment
Items bought under discount during sales or special promotions, or using credit coupons or promo codes cannot be returned.
If you return an item because “you no longer need it”, we will not be required to refund the shipping charges.
If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, your cancellation will be free of cost, if it is canceled after dispatch you will be charged 100 Rs for the same shipping fee. You will get an email on dispatch of your order.
